Lenora S. Williams, M.D.
Certified by American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Fellow with American College of Obstetricians & Gnecologists
Dr. Williams first settled in Connecticut when she enrolled at Wesleyan University in Middletown where she earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. After completing her medical education at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, she became a licensed M.D. with the State of Connecticut in 1989. Dr. Williams founded Ellington Ob/Gyn Associates in 1991.
Dr. Williams enjoys public speaking on health issues and singing at benefit vocal concerts and recitals. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), supports Ellington Recreation Department and Ellington High School sports programs, and is an active member of the Farmington Valley Chapter of LINKS, a national service organization of African-American women.

Diane M. Roberto-Nichols, APRN
Diane graduated from Kings County Hospital Center School of Nursing and began her nursing career at Syosset Hospital in Syosset, New York as a recovery room nurse. She then moved to Connecticut, where she worked as a general surgery nurse at Hartford Hospital. From there, she joined the staff of Rockville General Hospital as a nurse on the surgical floor. Diane then worked part-time as a gynecological nurse practitioner at Planned Parenthood in Willimantic, instructor at the UConn Health Center in Farmington, and as a gynecological nurse and coordinator of the Women's Clinic at UConn in Storrs.
As she pursued her career in healthcare, Diane enrolled in the UConn Health Center Gynecological Nurse Practitioner Program in Farmington, conducted post-graduate studies at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, earned a Bachelor's Degree at St. Joseph's College in North Windham, Maine, and participated in the Massachusetts General Hospital Adult Nurse Practitioner Program in Boston, Massachusetts. She is certified in adult medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
Diane joined Ellington Ob/Gyn Associates in 1991, when the practice was barely one year old. In addition to providing routine patient care, she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the medical office.
J. Lynn Stanley-Haney, APRNs degrees at Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont. She received After several years in director positions at UConn Student Health Services in Storrs, Lynn worked as an interim psychotherapist at the Town of Mansfield's Youth Service Bureau, working with individuals and families at E.O. Smith High School.
Since the mid-90s, Lynn has held three part-time positions simultaneously: as a private psychotherapist specializing in adolescent and women's issues, as a nurse practitioner at Planned Parenthood in several locations across Connecticut, and as nurse practitioner at Ellington Ob/Gyn Associates. At our practice, Lynn specializes in gynecological, women's health, male and female STD diagnosis and treatment.
Lynn is a frequent guest lecturer for classrooms and civic organizations on health-related subjects.

Dr. Ross Allen Glasmann
Dr. Ross Allen Glasmann
A native of Utah, Dr. Glasmann earned his M.D. at the University of Kansas and completed his residency at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. After being in private ob-gyn practice out West, Dr. Glasmann moved to Connecticut in 1986 to join the Ob-Gyn staff at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam. Over the years, he served on the staffs of Windham Hospital in Willimantic, John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington, The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, and the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington.
Dr. Glasmann is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics, the Connecticut Perinatal Association, the Connecticut State Medical Society, the Greater Hartford Obstetrical and Gynecological Society, and the Hartford County Medical Society. He is a resident of Burlington.
